ITIL Intermediate Level

ITIL Intermediate level has a modular structure with each module holding a different focus . Candidates can take as little or as many Intermediate qualifications as they need , and to meet their needs . Intermediate modules go into more detail than the Foundation level , and industry-recognized qualifications .Is it right for me ?

If you are looking to get intense , specific , process -level knowledge in one or more processes , with a focus on the implementation of ITIL practices everyday , Service Capability module will be of interest to you :

    Operational Support and Analysis
    Planning , Protection and Optimization
Some people may want to concentrate on the flow of the module , but candidates can also opt to choose modules from both Service Lifecycle and Service Capability stream to get a holistic view of the entire stage both a high level and the management level , detailed technical perspective .
To be eligible for one of the Intermediate exam candidates need to complete an accredited training mandatory .ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle Qualification
ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle capstone module qualification is intended for candidates who are interested in achieving ITIL Expert Level , which this module is a key requirement .ITIL Expert Level
Some individuals may also decide to use credit and qualifications they have achieved through their study focused and equip them with additional modules to achieve ITIL Expert Level .
